What Am I Doing Wrong?

Diet was roughly the same as the T-Dawg one. Carbs in the am, but Surge, calorie deficit of about 500. Only supps are fish oil, Surge and Low-Carb Metabolic Drive.

For best results, follow T Dawg’s carb plan, I think its what really put me in a new state of fat loss.

I don’t know why people are ripping on unimportant things like psyllium. . .

To me the most important thing is, why would you go 4-5 months with no change in bodyfat, without trying some different changes to your diet? Why???

If I plateau for a week, I tweak.

Sure, try T-dawg, but if you don’t get good results with it (I didn’t), TRY SOMETHING ELSE.

Stop eating bread (or wraps or pasta.). Get all your carbs for now from veggies, fruits, maybe plain oats in the morning. The time to ingest most of your carbs is post-workout. Get a lot more protein. Smaller meals, more often. Stop eating so much peanut butter. What are you cheating for? Or at least, don’t do it every week. Read Berardi’s stuff. Good luck.

Better.

How can any heterosexual man look at skinny Brad Pitt and see that as the ideal physique?
