I’ve got 30 or so bucks burning a hole in my pocket and I’m good on protein and creatine so I was thinking some sort of accessory. I was thinking of fat gripz, a dip belt, or shelling out few extra bucks for good compression shorts or the reactive slingshot.
If anyone wants to comment on the items above or add any new ideas that’d be great!
I have the reactive slingshot and LOVE it. So versatile, I have to remind myself to only use it once per cycle for one exercise. I normally either do a AMRAP set, heavy paused stuff, or high volume 4x8, 5x10.

Have you used it for db’s, plyo push ups, or pulling? I vaguely remember reading some stuff about this in the past.
Compression shorts. My legs blew up over the last few years, and my thighs get raw just from walking around. Without compression shorts, I get ingrown hairs and chafing. I own 8 pairs of compression briefs that I use every day. They’re great. If you belong to a gym, you can probably use their dip belt. Second choice would be the reactive slingshot. Those things are pretty awesome.
I’ve been loving my knee sleeves ever since I got them. I was hesitant about buying them because I didn’t want to feel like I was “cheating” by getting some kind of help from them. But really, they make your knees feel SO nice while squatting, and I genuinely believe they are going to help keep my knees healthy long-term.
Plus, because of my squat style, they help me mentally as well - I often sit back too far, and have been working to push my knees forward more in order to keep my squat more upright. The knee sleeves give me something to “push into,” which helps me make sure I am descending properly. I think you would really like them, with your particular squat style (if you don;t have some already).

Slingshot! They are great. Provide a different feel from regular benching if you’re beat up.
They’re great for building some confidence with heavier weights than you normally use, overload the top pretty well and are fun as shit for pushups

mine are grizzly. I don’t think they are especially great, but they were 10 bucks a sleeve haha. Maybe they would be crap compared to some rehbans but if you’re interested in trying them, the grizzly’s are right in your price range and would give you a feel for them. Mine work just fine, I’m not really thinking about upgrading any time soon
