What About Cardio?

I was imagining a CrossFit style workout where you swim a lap or to, then do swings/snatches/cleans/press and repeat

I used to do a ton of cardio- have definitely gotten lazier over the past year and especially during lockdown.

Currently only do a couple of weighted walks, daily long walks (probably doesn’t even count), and a 30-40min conditioning workout/week

Maybe not for conditioning but very usseful to stay lean by having adequate NEAT
