Itās because of guys like him that I donāt pay much attention to people who say you canāt squat everyday or squat and deadlift in the same week etc.
Before him people probably thought a marathon a week was impossible, let alone 50 in 50 days! We need people like that to push the boundaries and see what humans are really capable of if they donāt limit their minds.
Pretty good deadlift numbers for first workout back.
When you say your back is tightening up, do you mean in a good or bad way?[/quote]
Couldnāt agree more! Thatās why I throw caution to the wind when people say you canāt lift AND run, or play soccer or what have you,or you canāt train more than 4x a week. You know what I say to that, I says, āfuck you good sir, Iāll do as I pleaseā Granted marathon running is a different animal than liftingā¦but whatever.
Hai sexy! Miss you! Nice DLing! I just started GMing, its a weird movementā¦

Youāre bringinā sexy back! (see the pun I did there)
Itās all about managing intensity and recovery. Done properly, people are capable of a lot more than they think. Saying thatā¦Iām not very good at it.
I was reading some stuff about the Bulgarians and their crazy 2-times-a-day training. Just doing the O-lifts and a couple or variations. Massage was a bit part of recovery.
So, what I deduced is that I need a live-in masseuse. āHoney, guess what? This is Vanessa. She just graduated from massage school. She is going to help with my recovery once a day, maybe twice. The extra bedroom hardly ever gets used anyway. Uh, honey whatās with the knife?ā
