Bench felt much more solid than last week.

Time to try some reverse bands. Used the second lightest.
225 x 5…neato. I like it!.

These are going to be an awesome addition.

Since I already had the band on the bar, I thought I would try it with some BB curls. The bands subtracted some at the bottom (which seems to takes the strain off my bi tendon…zero discomfort) and then go completely slack about 3/4 up for a very cool overload. Bis have been neglected so this should keep me interested (and healthy).

awesome vids, I also use the Light bands for extra resistance for speed work or a good burnout. Evem just using the bar and maybe a 10 on each side with the light band resistance gives an added dimension and a different feel, the bands are a great tool.

Bench seems to be coming around and the bands look like a great addition.

I approve of it getting warmer in the shed.

I use reverse bands for all of my lifts. They are good for the ego and really help train the concluding portion of the lift.

Snap, do you just do reverse bands? I’m interested in experimenting with reverse and whatever you call the other way (time to go to Google).

Yeah you and me both. I badly want to bench 315.

Love the reverse band stuff, I need to do them more. Good stuff Git, really like the RB curls idea.

It’s called “bands” and “reverse bands” as far as I know. I don’t train bands at all right now. The reverse band squats will really help you train your CNS as far as the walkouts and top portion of the lift go. And I have serious challenges with walkouts.

So why did you narrow your squat stance?
