Gosh, such a sweet talker. “blush”

Actually, my shoulders are a weak point. I’ve been held back somewhat by some pain issues but I think I’m figuring out how to train them harder.
She was talking about Kimba’s shoulders.
Yeah…I think Ups was talking about Kimba there, stud

Btw, I just got back from my PT and as she said that even if you have super strong shoulders (like I do ahem) you need to really stretch those bitches out - apparently what one what one makes up for in strength they lack in flexibility, especially when your, er, older and the muscles are less resilient. So stretch! Or else you’ll be a sad clown like me :frowning: <—see? so sad.

Great training as always Don Git.

Have a wonderful weekend!
Did she just call you old?

Somebody needs a spanking…

Hey…you’re right!! WTF!
Damn whippersnappers.

And few, if any, have the basic raw materials necessary for a quality spanking (edit) like the fair Maschy does.

yea I was talking about her sassy shoulders.

Git a picture of said shoulders would be really helpful, you know so we can check you out. Feel free to post any other body parts that Mashy might like I think I heard her mention glutes? hehe

Shoulder dislocates?

BTW, I’m late to the party but the deadlift vid in the shed was extremely cool. Went up fast!

See, I thought UpScale was talkin’ about git’s avi picture which clearly shows delightful shoulder-age.

But, hey! Thanks! I was the “shoulderless-wonder” before hitting the gym, so anything truly is possible.

git, I warm up before every training with dislocates using a broomstick sort of thing that hangs out in the stretching area of my gym. You can do it with a bath towel too, say right after you get out of the shower when you are still warm and cozy from the hotness…of the water, that is.

And didn’t I give you an ART link like, months ago? boyz.

Canada_K and Kimba, I do dislocates and they seem to work as a warmup. But I don’t feel they help fix my particular shoulder issue that much. I do think they help stretch and loosen up my bicep tendons which is positive.

Kimba, I like that shoulder towel idea.

And Kimba, yes, you did provide some ART info. Hangs head.

Okay maybe she wasn’t…
OK… picture Kimbas shoulders on me  swaeet huh!! I Guess Im going to have to work for them…

Sigh. I love this log.

And yes, I did call you old, but from a gal with serious daddy issues this is the highest of compliments

Honestly Git, I wasn’t planning on actually going to physical therapy after having just been assessed by the doc. Whatever silly eletrodes and things they’re going to do to me I figure can be just as easily be mimicked by me with ice/heat therapy, a steady course of rehab and some massaging, so i have no clue what sorts of stretches would be good for you particular issue.

This vid might have some ideas for you though…

Nice video! That is a new one for me. The posterior capsule stretch at the 1 min mark is the one that would hurt the most.

And thanks for the compliment! (insert "Who’s your Daddy! joke here)

Uh, I dunno what to say…other than I love my log. So much.

Crazy mid-section. And you shoulders are doing just fine thank you very much.

Git, I’m just gonna insert the usual line: “You 'da Man!” I"d call you the Pied Piper, but the ladies here are definitely not lemmings.

That’s a hotly Upscale pic, but I don’t like it…'cause her abs are better than mine, and that jest ain’t right!!!

Git, I don’t like the way that stretch is shown in the Diesel Crew video. I’m going to bump up my slumbering log with a post, check out the DeFranco version I have there.

Umm give me a minute to get to the shoulders…

You’ve got way better shoulders than i do…

You give me WAY too much credit. The ladies are just being friendly and generous. My thanks to them.

Yeah, I agree that stretch is done a little awkwardly. But any internal rotation move is uncomfortable for me. I’m not sure if it is a flexibility issue (stretching) or a scar tissue / adhesion issue (ART). Probably both.
I’ll definitely check out your log.

I see very nomable shoulders, so I just don’t see the need for substitutions. Trade ya shoulders for some boobage?
