I’m wearing some old, tired Converse One Stars that need to be retired. My feet tend to move around in them a bit. Not sure if I’ll get some Converse high tops next or what. Suggestions?

I know it’s against powerlifter code and stuff, but I’d seriously recommend olifting shoes. Rock solid platform for squatting, pulling and overhead pressing.

The only thing I’m not sure about is the heel height. I’ve been lifting in flat shoes for so long.

You can get some that are understated enough. But I understand the concern. Just can’t say enough nice things about rock solid shoes is all. Yours looked squishier than they need to be. Solid pushing surface and you’re 4 bills all day.

Hey, man, you took the shot. 3 Board Narrow Grip - best tricep lockout accessory work ever.

New Rhino wrist wraps showed up today. Based on 5 minutes of assessment, they can go from “hey, that’s pretty comfortable” to “holy shit, that’s tight!”. I think they are going to work just fine.
Now I can retire the old, floppy knee wraps I was using.
