Nice work, getting a PR on homecoming! Daddy time = most important time. All 3 of my girls are pretty hard to resist too, allthough the oldest isn’t so snugly anymore :(. She DID bake me brownies yesterday though. It’s cool to eat sweets when your daughter bakes them for you, right?

Totally cool. Just like it is cool to drink a beer that your boy gets you from the fridge.
awww, home safe and sound.
sometimes I wonder what it would be like for my kids to miss ME!!
The hubby gets the special treatment…thats ok though ![]()

Now that’s hardcore. Makes me feel like a wuss for lifting in a nice, climate controlled gym. IDK, those rows looked pretty good to me…
Hell yea, winter coat and iron. Has the new rock on the walls helped any?

X2 seeing you lift in a freaking winter coat makes me feel pretty damn soft.
Thanks guys. It was actually a log sleeve shirt, hoodie and a work shirt. It’s actually pretty comfortable. I would be too busy laughing at myself to lift if I was wearing a parka, lol.
One thing though…the bar gets friggin cold! I find chalk helps a lot.
Insulation and rock on the walls helps. But what I really need is for the friggin’ contractor to get his ass out here and hook up my heat. Painful process.

You just to crank ‘Hearts on Fire’ on repeat, grow a beard and hammer that crap out… ![]()
Rows look tight buddy.
Mad respect pulling with the parka on g, nice job on the rows. Reminds me of 30 years ago lifting in the garage in Northern Michigan all bundled up, I think I wore leather gloves because the bar was so dang cold. Don’t miss that at all btw.
I was actually wondering if the bar gets cold!?
I love me some Git videos. I had this urge to pound my chest and barbarically yell each time the weight hit the ground. Very strong.

I have some thin mechanics gloves that I’ve worn before. Can’t use them on deads though. No grip compared to bare hands and chalk.

Hiya!
No offense, but you’re not nearly hairy enough to be a barbarian. I think of you more as a female warrior. Sexy female warrior, of course.
Maybe next DL day I can come up with something worthy of chest pounding. Or a golf clap. We’ll see.

This.
Yeah, those were some seriously sick rows! Super caveman style. Awesome!
I love deadstop rows btw - they just never work for me!
Or I’m a wuss.
Btw, I shit you not, if I didn’t resemble a young stage-1 transexual and was like, 4 inches taller, I’d look exactly like that warrior woman. Exactly!

I just got light-headed. Had to take a knee.
Maybe start putting together your next Halloween outfit now?
Nice work big rows.
I did think it was a parka too
and the warrior princess pic is very maschy-esch

If anyone can pull off the tattered loin cloth look, it’s Maschy.
DE Lower
Box squats - 11.75" height
warm ups
215 x 10 x 2…up from 205 last time. Felt stronger than last time. I think my toes should point more forward. I’d like some opinions on speed. Vid is 8th set.
Speed deads
285 x 12 x 1…estimated 60% of max 475. Felt like I could have done 20+ sets without losing speed. Vid is 6th set.
High rep GMs
135 x 3 x 15…my hams are going to hurt tomorrow. Boring vid is 2nd set.
