Wendler's 5/3/1 Program - Part 4

I suspect that the folks in the AAS forums would have a much better idea, and I sure as hell am no authority on it, but I think it safe to say someone doing 5/3/1 on an AAS cycle could skip a deload week. I have not the slightest idea on the weight increases though.

What will work off will work on…

but, in my mostly 5/3/1 for powerlifting, skipping deload, adding 10 pounds to upperbody and 15 pounds to lowerbody lifts per cycle, training two days on, one day off, repeat, and making sure to hit those singles every other week has proven itself to work very well. But again, this is no longer 5/3/1 and just a program I butchered.

Why would you do this? I gave a ton of recommedations for drug use and 5/3/1. These will be reprinted in the 5/3/1 for PL book (hardcopy).

I just finished my first week (lol) of my first cycle using the Triumvirate. I was wondering on Bench press days I want to do Kroc Rows instead of regular DB rows… Should I still be using 5 sets cause kroc rows are a diff beast then regular DB rows. What do you guys think?
