Wendler 5/3/1 Program

Jim,

I am wondering if and how this new revolutionary device will be included in your much anticipated, upcoming (hopefully) YOKE manual?

www.buyneckslimmer.com

Also how would this work with 5/3/1 and the progression springs?

It has changed my life and lifting forever. I dont know if its a lifestyle, but such a simple program has had a major impact

I agree best program ever

Hanley,

I’m going to reply to you here b/c my blackberry isn’t allowing me to reply to the pm.

Anyway, thanks for getting back to me. Like I said, I realize we all work a little differently, but those numbers will give me some ideas of what to maybe shoot for.

Thanks again,
Matt

NO problemo!! Like I said, 88% of my 1rm for 5 is absolutely shit. I should be down closer to 84 or 85% really. I dunno what’s happening there, but c’est la vie! I haven’t pulled a true balls out max in some time so that might explain it.

Best of luck with the big 5-oh!
