Welcome to the (Bodybuilding) Training Forum?

What they should do is make a subforum dedicated almost entirely to bodybuilding where you have to be approved by some of the most vocal “bodybuilding only forum” advocates in order to post and risk getting banned from said subforum if you post something too off topic…

oh. wait.

lol funny I saw earlier “Training” . Now it’s “Bodybuilding Training”.

Good point. I just like that the regular bodybuilding forum tends to get more traffic.

I don’t really get bent out of shape over ‘hawt abz’ posts as some people do, so long as it doesn’t get too much out of control.

BODYBUILDING

We need a proper search function. [/quote]

Agreed. I’m not sure why they don’t have the Google search function added to the site - it’s not difficult to do at all.

What I usually do is just use the advanced search on Google and have it only search within the T-Nation domain - works much better.

I’m not a fan of the new forums either - I was already almost overwhelmed by the amount of information to sift through before…

EDIT: I just looked closely at the search window again… and it’s powered by Google. Scratch all of my message. facepalm epic fail.

been renamed on the drop down forum list as “bodybuilding training”

Not really sure what was wrong with just keeping it as “bodybuilding”…

Ok someone help me out here: When I have a general workout question (example: which exercises help target different heads of the triceps?), where do I go and ask it now???

If your purpose is to improve your PL’ing total, then powerlifting.

If your purpose is to improve your snatch or C&J, then Olympic lifting.

If it’s hoped to aid you in lifting large stones, etc, then Strongman.

But if it’s intended to improve your muscular appearance, then that would be a bb’ing question.

At least that is what makes sense to me.

And if you can’t come up with a purpose for your question, just post it in the BB’ing forum anyways. It is sort of the ‘default’ training forum.

I don’t train. I BODYBUILD. WTF?

Idk why, but this made me laugh.

Good lord. I lurk for a year or two, and when I finally decide to sign up (on my birthday no less), this strange happening occurs? (I don’t know the first post etiquette, so if I’m violating any rules…sorry). I honestly don’t know how to react to this. On one hand, it does tidy things up a tad, but as mentioned before, or somewhere else, it might segregate the population of this site more such that we wouldn’t be exposed to some cool stuff.

where do I go now If I want to talk about the Alantic City Pro this weekend? Do I post it here in the Bodybuilding Training section or GAL?

stop… my head is going to explode.

I really don’t know what to think about this changes.

So I just hope (no matter what) that in ‘BODYBUILDING training’ forum everyone will remember that HERE we just wannabe as BIG as possible… no ‘not too big’ shit anymore. That’s all.

And only one question. If this is bodybuilding TRAINING forum only, so where “New/old mr.Olympia 2009 - Jay Cutler” thread will be?

Oh my god.

are people here such whiney bitches that all we have to complain about now are semantics? You wanted a T-Cell Alpha. You got it. And this forum changes it’s name and OMFG WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO? WHERE DO WE POST?

News flash: this forum is pretty much the same as before. You want to talk about the Olympia? make a thread here. Worried about the 160lb abz crowd? Ignore them. Why is this so hard? Still not satisfied? Find a new forum.

But please, stop fucking whining. You are contributing to the degeneration of this place into bodybuilding.com (OMG, that website has BODYBUILDING in it’s name!!! LETS GO POST THERE BECAUSE IT MUST BE SOOO HARDCORE!)

This post was nothing BUT whining.

There are plenty of other changes coming, so please don’t freak out until everything is rolled out.

The site is not abandoning bodybuilding. Tim and TC’s goal is to have greater discussion of bodybuilding. The forum changes yesterday are just the first step in this direction.
