As a drummer, I get a huge fucking adrenaline rush during parts of “When the Levee Breaks”. I listened to it 15 times in a row yesterday during an overhead pressing workout.

My two ultimate songs are both by Pantera. I highly recommend their live album 101 Proof

  1. A New Level - the lyrics are “A new level of confidence and power” makes me want to break a PR every time

  2. 5 Minutes Alone - I train without a partner, so this is also fitting

Got it on my phone, will give it a try tomorrow during squats.

Collision course by Jay-z/Linkin Park.

Seems like cock rock and watered down metal is the genre of choice for the Nation. I’ll up the ante with the Cro Mags album “The Age of Quarrel” and Black Flag’s “Damaged” and “My War”[/quote]

Ill see your ante and raise you a Black Flag’s Rise Above and White Minority.

Anything by Hot Water Music gets me going as well

Nah, hardcore stuff like that is apparently banned over here because youtube tells me that the vid is not available in my country.

Same thing it does on roughly every second youtube video out there.

Communists!

Random aside, well not really, but when I play Call of Duty online it shows the countries where people play. It is so fucking funny how China, Russia, the Middle East, and most of South America have nobody on the internet.

Proud to be an American!
