I am 28 yrs. old, weighing 275lbs. I have trained on and off for the past 9 years. I need to drop between 30-40 lbs.
My question/concern is: What is my best approach for a good meal plan that will allow for maximum weight loss, with minimal muscle loss? I have tried so many ways to accomplish this, most do not work for me. The best results I had was when I’d eat 5-6 meals per day, consisting mainly of lean proteins.
