I am 35 years old and am looking to lose around 40 pounds, and tone up. I use to work out regularly, but since a total hip replacement I have not been consistent. What advice could someone give to help me burn the fat, and lean up?
Clarence Bass recently had a hip replacement. It doesn’t seem to have held him up much. You should be able to do what you did before.
