I’m a humble lil man, i like to seek answer, I wanna learn as much as I can and maybe someday will be successful.I listen and try things Ive never done that’s why I asked questions here/ all the time. Even know I know things there is always room for improvements.

515 equipped bench would be an all-time world record for your weight class by a clear 14 lbs. This is why I called bullshit.
You may be genuine, in which case I apologise and would add that there is probably not a lot of advice posters in a beginners forum are going to be able to offer the future world record holder.
Is M. Night Shyamalan directing this thread?

Also, find it in your heart to educate him as to the principles of your disciple Darwin. For, as evidenced by his quote above, we can see he is likely on track to earn the highest of Darwin awards. And, yea while it would make us all say ‘yay’ to see such an award so eagerly and graciously accepted, it would do naught for improving the powerlifting records of the little people, which is all we really care about.
