At 160 lbs I need to be taking in over 3750 calories each day to gain weight, and while I know it would be best to be able to get them all from food, I really just can’t fit that much eating into one day with my schedule right now.
I did a search for the term “weight gainer” here on T-Nation and, to no surprise, it was basically just people shitting on the idea of taking a weight gainer supplement, but surely someone must have had a good experience with them in the past? Any insight would be appreciated.
