Weight Gain

I am new to the whole workout routine idea and dont really know much about it.
I have a very high metabolism and cant gain weight. I would really like to gain a few extra pounds and would prefer it to be primarily muscle mass.

I was just kind of looking for idea and suggestions and also tips for the beginner.

6 steaks a day, at least 2lbs in total. 5x5 to start with. Squat, bench, deadlift.

if you have acces to food you can gain weight

heres what you do its a real simple way to get alo of calories and protein

3 scoops whey
2-4 tbs peanutbutter
2 cups whole milk

there is a easy 1000 calories
add 1-3 of those on top of your normal diet and if you dont gain weight from a extra 3000 calories a day…

well your going to die verry soon

also get your form down in squats and bench because your going to be getting alot stronger and your strength and muscle gains will suffer if you dont feel comfortable squating

I have the same issues with a high matabolism. Consider yourself fotunate. I eat six meals a day now along with lots of whole milk and it works fine for me. If you really want to gain weight and don’t care if its fat or not.

Drink 1 gallon of chocolate milk a day along with as many carbs you can put down. Trust me…It works! With your matabolism, You will probably burn most of it up anyway. If your looking for muscle weight, It’s gonna take time in the gym and lots of good foods(double for you).
