Weekly training layout help

Guys after competing i had told i need more lower body, triceps and lats. I was doing a traditional push, pull, legs, off, repeat. However i am now moving to a gym where it doesnt open on sundays so i might do something like 3 days on 1 off, 2 on 1 off.
Based on my weakness how would you guys layout a weekly setup?

Sounds like:
push / pull / legs, off, upper / lower
is right in your wheelhouse.

As far as addressing weaknesses, using either intensifiers or specialization blocks accordingly can help.

Hard to give more advice without more details. Do you have pictures from your competition?

You could also do something similar, but more targeted:

Push/Pull/Legs/Tris & lats/lower body
