Hi friends.
Does anyone else experience a increased level of tiredness by the weekend?
I work all week, and workout all week, and then by the weekend Im stuffed. I just want to laze around on the coach all weekend, and my workouts lack intensity.
Is there anyhting that I can do to make sure Im not knackered by the weekend? I know I should sleep more, but is anything else I can do?? Anybody else experience this?

Stop being such a pussy, realize that your time here is limited and get in the mindset to take advantage of everyday you have, and stop closing out all of your posts like your a human Twitter.

Maybe your Coach tires you out, leading to weak workouts.

This is what I’ve been on his ass about for a while now.
If he stopped wasting all that time and energy signing tweet tweet, he might have more energy to focus on a good weekend workout.

Plus, if you want to be a big dude you need to rest more and eat more. Stop being a pussy. I never understood this, when I’d get tired/couldn’t grow. I sat/laid/slept more and ate more.

This, I know you are not the guy in your Avi but if that is your inspiration than do what Chris said. How many calories are you eating a day? How much sleep do you get? If you eat over 4000 kcal a day and sleep 9 hours a night then you may have thyroid issues. Dont ask I cant fix you over the internet go to a Dr.
