Burning Out by Thursday?

Hi little buddies,

Lately I have been noticing that by Thursday I am tired and need to sleep for half the day.

Monday; the week starts and things get going.
Tuesday: in 4th gear
Wednesday: red-lining it, but feel good…

…but by Thursday, Im struggling to get out of bed, struggle to train, and need to sleep half the day.

Does anyone else burn out by Thursday?

Is this from lifting or do you mean from work and just waking up to an alarm etc…

Im always tired as fuck come thursday/friday but i just push through it with lifting. Its actually more of a problem at work cuz ill just fall asleep haha

Are you talking to your wiener again Bird?

Start eating birdseed with more Omega-3’s in it.

Stop buying the crappy CostCo, “Kirkland” brand birdseed…it’s not good for you.

And for the love of God, stop foraging for french fries in McDonald’s parking lots!

mon - chest, bis
tues - back, tris
wed - arms
thurs - burnt out
fri/sat/sun - weekend

I’m like that at work…I’m hyper productive M-W, thursday and friday…not as much.

Just go to bed early on the Wednesday; personally, I feel like crap if I have 2 or more nights with anything less than 8 hours sleep. Sadly I also have to work a 6-day week, 7-day week at least once a month.
