Week Long Ramping Idea?

Just scrolled through the bench article put up today and thought of this:

day 1 - top 1/4 bench
day 2 - top 1/2 bench
day 3 - bench

would the previous 2 days really amp you up for the “main” bench day such as nc workouts?

Neat idea but i would be too anxious to test the full range of motion after loading on a lot more weight with the partial movements.

that’s my query i suppose…is it better to ramp these in 1 session or over a number of days so the previous ramps the next one until you blow in your undies? i’m short on time currently is all
