I’ve been having to deal with hunger during the wee hours of the morning as I adjust to the diet I am on. It was suggested to me that I just drink a lot of water when this happens, but then I’d be up all night peeing.
Any suggestions on how to deal with this until my body adjusts? Btw, the diet has worked for me before when I stuck to it, but I did cheat during these rough hours in the past. I want to do this right this time. Feedback please! Thanks everyone.

If wee hours means “middle of the night”, I like to eat cottage cheese if I wake up. A little bit goes a long way. Plenty of protein and fat. No carbs. Doesn’t make me pee later.
That cottage cheese or the boiled egg just might do it, thanks I’ll try it. The protein shake will have me going to the bathroom as well unfortunately. Yes, I have a bladder the size of a pee…umm I mean ‘pea’

To expand upon Bushido’s boiled egg idea, I just pickled (marinated hard boiled in vinegar, onions and spices) a dozen eggs to keep in the fridge for snacking.
I like to put a few scoops of Metabolic Drive into a bowl and add a little bit of water to make a “pudding”. Sometimes I’ll add in some natural peanut butter or cottage cheese.
