Losing My Appetite

So as of late I have lost my (MORNING ONLY) appetite. It sucks; Im really getting pissed off.

As I type this I’m STILL trying to get down my 4 egg omelet that I started eating at 7:30 (its 8:15 and I’m at work)

I’m not eating an inordinate amount of calories (3400kcal) a day and not eating much carbs (40-60g)

The ONLY thing that I can say has changed is my fiber intake…

I ran out of fiber tabs about 1.5 weeks ago and haven’t bought more.

Any thoughts? Anyone have this happen? AHH!~ I WANNA EAT AND GET BIG DAMMIT!!!

When ever used to slow down while trying to finish a few chicken breasts, I’d eat a cookie or something high in sugar. It would always get my appetite back up

S

LoL. im always starving in the morning. I plan to eat this much…

Then i end up eating more. and then feeling more hungry. =P

Have you tried consuming a liquid meal in the mornings?

Metabolic Drive Complete 1-1.5 servings. Just chug and go. Who even needs to be hungry?

x3 on the liquid meal. I have a shake almost every morning.

However, I am normally starving. I do it for ease and quickness.

Dude, fasted morning cardio.

Your metabolism will be crazy burning, you will be hungry, you’ll doing regular cardio, then you can and will want to eat even more to get big.

thanks for the input so far.

i forgot to mention that i start each day with Grow! (and some fish oil) then have about 15-20 min break before breakfast (where I prepare all my food for the day)

how about now? thoughts now with this additional information?

Make your Grow! shake bigger, add in a banana and a cup of strawberries. Or something like that. Screw breakfast, just make a bigger shake.

Or skip the shake, it might be blunting your appetite, and just have a big breakfast, but that still may be difficult to stomach.

I used to have trouble eating my breakfast, which was always oatmeal with a scoop of whey protein in it, then 4 eggs. The eggs took up to 30 minutes to eat sometimes, and it was really bugging me. Then I was struck with a revelation; drink the eggs! For the last 4 months or so I’ve been drinking my 4 eggs in the morning and 4 more at night, and it’s SO much easier to get them down. That’s my suggestion; if you follow it, I would advise you to thoroughly wash the eggs with hot water before cracking them. Yes, it was gross at first…small price to pay for the time saved though.

Lee; I think I’m gonna try a few days with the shake later in the day. If not; bigger shake and F the eggs for a few weeks.

hungry4more; if you will promise i’d get as big as you drinking eggs then consider it done. lol; but really…i might add that to my list of things to try. i already take shots of oil; drinking eggs isn’t out of the realm of possibility.

'Cause an apple a day keeps the doctor away, duh.

Anyways, a little tip on drinking eggs…mix in some milk, or add a little cinnamon to mask the flavor…the yolks do taste a little funny, and they’re kind of gooey.

Worked for me, any type of simple carb before bed. I keep it to an apple though.

And I started doing it because I read it on here myself, from a dude that’s been here awhile, and I can’t remember the name.

Anywho, give it a shot at least.
