Weather or not to take a break....?

Also you should be made aware of the fact that doing coke and prolonged steroid cycles puts you at risk for developement of thromboebolae, Cerebrovascular Accident, and Myocardio infarction. Thats blood clots, hemragic/ ischemic strokes and heart attacks in lay terms. And yes I know what the hell I am talking about.

Hold up. Bro, everything anyone has just said either reflects whatever information you have volunteered and/or would be just a # of the possible reasons you aren’t making the kind of progress you should. You’re post is what we’re all going by here. Maybe you aren’t a coke head/maybe you are. Maybe you’re diet is on point/mayb it’s not (BTW it’s not…assuming progressing on each cycle is a goal). Perhaps you train like a fucking animal/maybe you train too much chest and arms and not enough legs. These are all examples of what people said here, merely posibilities of what could be wrong. Unless I or any of us hung out with you all the time we couldn’t possibly know which possibility is holding you back.

Wideguy----> That is exactly what I am talking about, is that really noone could know whats “holding me back”, even if there is such a thing. As far as making progress after each time you juice…well that’s impossible unless you up your dosages from the last time. I just don’t know why my diet/life/training is being commented on, when all I asked for was weather or not a cycle spaced 2 months from previous would cause abnormal hair loss. I appologise to the people who have been nice. Prisoner#22---->You do sound ignorant. Sorry.

If you don’t want comments on your lifestyle don’t divulge it in your posts. As far as the statement you made when you said:“if you keep using the same dosages through out without increasing, you will not gain any more mass…from my experience…and I have never been able to increase mass unless I increase the dosages (law of diminishing results). So Yes, I have gooten upto 200” Your statement is wrong. At your height 200 lbs isn’t out of reach naturally. So if you can barely get to 200 while using AAS, well I’m sorry but obviously you do have a problem with your training, eating, and lifestyle. Since you did mention this as well. And the fact is if you so do have these risks factors of drugs and prolonged steroid use, I am ethically bound to let you know that you are taking risks. So yah, you know what, I may have been a little rude, and for that I am sorry. I don’t want to be judgemental, but you are spreading falsehoods in this thread, and if I dont’t challenge them, someone will read this and believe what you are saying is true. When in fact the real reason you are not growing has to do with what goes on outside the gym and besides your steroid consumption.

My thoughts…Up your protein to around 400 grams daily on cycle and approximately 5,000 calories. Out of curiosity, what weight did you start at? 175? IMO you could be getting a greater return on your cycles if you started at 175 at those dosages…just my thoughts. Something must be out of wack and/or you have extremely poor receptor affinity…

As far as your hair goes…use nizoral or whatever floats your boat for some protection. I’m not really sure that I’ve ever read anything that says hair loss is connected to your ptc recovery. I’d imagine that you’re good to go to hit another cycle. It’s my opinion that you need to be at a place in your life where you can give training a higher priority when you cycle. I’m not sure you are, if you think working 50 hours a week is alot, and that that should be affecting your current progress…Good look man

Prisoner#22; Just my thoughts, but I’m sure that maxswells knows that his habits may have some adverse health effects - he doesn’t need you to tell him.
You can tell me that weed is bad for me and will limit my gains, or that drinking booze can cause a host of health problems. How many people smoke cigarettes? Even driving a car increases your chances of dying in an accident. Do you get on peoples case when they do these things?
I don’t mean to argue with you, but I feel you don’t need to jump on the guy when he says he does some coke. He’s made his choices.
I’m not against advising him to get his diet/training/lifestyle in gear to maximize his gains. To the contrary; it’s great to point out possible flaws that could limit someone’s gains/goals.
But you come across as preaching, and that’s not warranted.

“My advice is get control of the coke problem first, then worry about your workout routine.”

that is probably the best advice that could have ever been offered to this man as far as physique enhancement is concerned. prisoner22 is in no way out of line for telling him that.

HE didn’t say he had a coke problem, others put words in his mouth.

The guys whole life ( training, nutrition, drugs) is fucked up and wants to use steroids as a means of fixing it or working around it. Pull up your panties, get your diet in order, train hard, drop the fuckin’ cocaine, and then worry about aas.

I love the fact, that you have a police officer and an damn stripper preaching me how to live my life…
