Weaksauce Log


I have never really made a log before of my lifting but I could use some help critiquing my workouts…

I am 21, 22 on Nov. 10… I weigh 197 lbs, 6’1…

Maxes:

BB flat bench 350x1
DB flat bench 125(each hand)x5
Incline BB bench 265x4
Squats 275x10
Deadlift 245x10
Weighted wide grip pull up 25x10
Seated shoulder press (no back support) 60x8

I am not sure what else to post for now… Any questions just ask…
