Alright, so I’m back to T-Nation after a few years of hiatus and a few months of lurking and I’m starting this log so that I can more accurately keep track of my numbers. If anyone wants to comment, criticize, whatever, that’s cool, but this is mostly just so I have a place to keep track of my own shit (I lose notepads like it’s cool).
