Ok…This is my 3rd attempt to start this log. The other two had computer errors and wouldn’t let me load them.
As far as a good log I am generally pretty lax at keeping one. I put all my PRs on a dry erase board and type up my lifting schedule but that is it. I really want to keep a more detailed log. Plus it will be enjoyable to get some feedback. Or maybe not enjoyable…who knows.
