We Make Holes in Teeth

Nice! It looks like a great tool, as with allot of us I have some pretty fucked up shoulders, has it translated to pain free (or less painfull lifting?)

well right now I am in a bit of rehab mode, I wasn’t keeping up on my rotator stuff and I can feel it starting to effect me. check back with me in a couple of weeks, and we’ll see where I am at…

I always do exercises that mimic the “horn” I am going to just buy one.

responding to discussion with DJHT regarding being a parent young vs older that was hijacking FakeToughGuys log:

I hear you Pete, I was divorced young also after my two children. I talked my X into the fact we couldnt afford lawyers and so did the divorce myself with visitations. I got my kids 3 days a week period and I fought like hell myself to keep that.

I just remember having a shorter fuse when I was younger and needed to walk away when they were driving me nuts. Now it just seems I have much more patience, however by this point the teenagers have wore me down.

Yeah, ultimately I do think I am more patient than before, and am more inlcined to just laugh through the tantrums. And I am in a much better place in my life, with a better woman, so it makes all of it that much more enjoyable/relaxed.

Pete,

I got the envelope today, I packed the shirts and will drop them at the PO tomorrow.

I will take PRs where I can get them.

My sentiments as well. Lifetime PR’s are great. Congrats!

Big front sqaut. I thought I was doing good. Well now my sights are set.

Nice PR Pete on an already huge front squat.

Can you do a vid of the fat and bloated HLRs? I might like that.

I have to continually remind myself that I am essentially starting over on bench.

Nice front squat.

like Tim Henrique’s article on walking. I honestly believe it is one of the simplest and best ways to feel better all around.

last night got home, after shopping for new basement flooring at Home Depot, and felt very, very tight. grabbed American Bulldog and my 5 year old son and did a simple mile walk. then hit the foam roller, hitting hips, quads, it bands, etc. when I started folling my back my one year old thought it would be great fun to climb onto my chest and ride along

point here is a walk, and rolling, are things I tend to think I am too busy for once I get home, that I should just focus on kids, but I can incorporate the family and get these things that keep me feeling healthy and mobile
