It is amazing how many poeple use that don’t have their diet or workout in order and think they have finally found the magic pill. I see some guys that use and no one would ever think they are taking anything.

Thank god I’m not one of those.

I’m no where near as big as you guys but my friends can all tell by what I lift and how defined I have gotten.

I started benching heavy as you guys suggested (still can’t squat/DL heavy but I do rep them out) but my 1rm in bench has gone up to 325… Pre cycle I was lucky hitting 255…

Yes sir. Really wish I could go heavy squatting and DL but I’m just too scared to plant that ankle too hard right now.
