Waterbury - Front Squats

Hi, I looked at all the articles pertaining to the Waterbury Summer Project but I did not see any clarification on this. The Front Squats exercise is the first exercise for the first week. I realize that for the Front Squats you have to lift the weight from the ground up to your chest and then do a full squat. My question is after I go down/up with the squat do I then lower the weight back to the ground and then lift it again for my next rep or do I keep squating?

Your describing a full clean. I don’t know if thats whats mentioned in the program, but a Front squat is usually taken on the shoulders from the rack, theres not any reason to clean it unless you dont have a rack or the program is calling for full cleans.

And no, you don’t put the weight back on the floor between reps. Lift the bar into position, squat the required number of reps, put the weights back on the floor. Front squats are awesome.
