Water Loading, Carbs, Photo Shoot

Sunday I take final pictures of a physique change competition I entered. I’m trying to get my head around exactly what I need to do these last 4 days. From what I’ve read in other threads and articles…

Drink 2-3 gallons of water up until about 18 hours before taking pics. Then cut water out.
Drink some vegetable glyercine about an hour before taking pics
Stop eating 18 hours before pics

I’m already in ketosis so I’m good there.

What I’m confused about is when I should take in carbs to get the fullness of muscle effect. I remember reading Roman saying he suggested 3 hours before pics to take in simple carbs.

What am I missing and where do I throw in the carbs? Basically I need to put the last 24 hours together.
