The mods have exposed troll/multiple accounts plenty of times before… They could easily put the rumors to rest if they are in fact untrue… It would be that simple. If I was you, I’d want them to speak up and dispel the rumors if they are false, but that’s just me.

This happened in Manteca, CA. For those of you unfamiliar with the Central Valley, it’s basically a place where people stop to piss on the way to LA, so I’m shocked this is getting mainstream play. Whatever…

While I’m awake and posting on other threads, I might as well throw my two cents in on this one. That police officer was probably found to be justified in shooting that man. I can’t see enough detail to tell whether the man was reaching in his pocket for a knife, gun, whatever. That officer was there and had a better view of the situation than any of us do. Also, attempting to run from the police, then turning to face the officer and going into your pocket is an aggressive action.
In my opinion, the officer was definitely justified. Would I have done the same thing? I seriously doubt it-not with the option to back up and take cover behind my car available to me(if there was a potential non-firearm weapon involved-if there was a firearm, then the officer did an awesome job stopping the threat before the guy got the gun out). The officer is not and should be required to retreat, however. In case I need to clarify, the above statement is assuming that the stop was legal.
Absolute cooperation during legal arrests is not optional.
Why not have schools offer classes on how to deal with the police? Keep your hands out of your pockets and in plain view, don’t run, speak as calmly as possible, found out whether you are free to leave, identify yourself if you are not and you are asked to, use(not invoke loudly and aggressively while incriminating yourself at the same time) your right to remain silent, etc.

I have nothing to prove to any nosy fuckers here. The difference between me and some of you is I don’t give a FUCK whatever people think of what or who I am in this place. If some of you believe that I’m the Count or a gay guy or an old white man, so be it. That wont affect the millions in my bank accounts.
Some posters have met me in real life and if I really wanted them to weigh in to dispel the rumours, I would have asked them to do so.
