I’ve been doing 531 for Beginners for a short while, but acquired the Forever book, and i’m interested in maybe switching to the Beginner Prep School program. For the “for Beginners” program, i’ve been doing 40%x5, 50%x5 and 60%x5 sets as a warm up for the main lifts. I don’t see anything specific about warm up sets in the description of Beginner Prep School - Does this program just not feature them?
It’s just assumed that you’ll warm up without whatever sets/weight you want. It’s no big deal and doesn’t really need to be written out in every program.

I do the warmup sets and it takes me approximately 18 minutes for me to go through each compound movement. This includes supersetting the light exercises like push-ups or band pull-aparts.
