I hope you can answer something for me regarding your Thibarmy article entitled DESTROYING FAT – WAR ROOM STRATEGIES TO MAXIMIZE FAT LOSS.
I appreciate the detailed explanation of the set up, and I am clear on how to put together each day’s workout. The schedule (day choices my own) is set up like this, according the article:
Saturday: Upper body strength + sprints
Sunday: Lactate-inducing work + SS cardio
Monday: off
Tuesday: Lower body strength
Wednesday: off
Thursday: Lactate-inducing work + SS cardio
Friday: off
Would it be problematic to move the SS cardio (which would be 25 min on Airdyne for me) to two of the “off days”? So it would look like this:
Saturday: Upper body strength + sprints
Sunday: Lactate-inducing work
Monday: SS cardio
Tuesday: Lower body strength
Wednesday: SS cardio
Thursday: Lactate-inducing work
Friday: off
