you know what FUCK YOU asshole! the person in the picture is me! head and body! i have no idea how to use photoshop nor do i know anyone that does, i don’t drop to other people’s level and copy and past my head onto a body better looking…btw look at the bed and look at the other pictures i have posted, it’s the same godamn bed asshole!

think about it for a second, put two and two together and you’ll come to the correct conclusion that the person in ever single picture, including the one that is in great shape is the same exact person!
Just video yourself doing the 440 or the 460, and we will shut the fuck up.

If not, then you shut the fuck up. Because this internet anger from you is pretty gay.
me being pissed off has nothing to do with my lifts and their credibility, my anger came from someone saying i used photoshop to paste my head onto another photo, like i said I’m gonna get a vid made, just give me time

Guys relax - he just forgot the punctuation.

Bench - 26.5
Squat - 44.0
Dead - 46.0

OP, you are welcome for fixing that for you. Next time be careful, or people will get confused. These numbers are more realistic for your body type.
Lmao! that got my laughing today.
even though it’s bashing my lifts it is pretty funny

give up

If you’ve lurked around this forum for any amount of time you would’ve known better than to start this thread. It’s dishonest and insulting to the rest of us and now you filled with new holes. You say you’re 166 lbs, you look about 40 lbs overweight. That gives you a lean body mass of about 126 lbs. Now, you want us to take you seriously when you say you squat over 400 lbs? 3 1/2 times your bw!

My advice, create a new user, review training threads, and if you still have questions, start a new thread…

Be real bro, if you’re not, everyone else will be.

dude wtf. this is the most inconsistant story since the kid that wanted to gain weight but would throw up when he felt “fat”…anyone remember him?

First the pics with your face in them are definatly not the same person. Do you have a brother?

Secondly I’m not going to doubt you squating that much,I knew a kid in highschool that weighed at most 150 but the kid put up 300 a couple of times…shit my pants when I saw it, no lie. So just post a vid and then everyone on here that called you out can get your address and come suck your dick.

Third…that whole story about you being at 196 in highschool, then up to 220, and you want to get down to 140…why the hell would you ever want to be that skinny?

EDIT: Shit I thought he said he squated 340…eh my bad

I swear on my great grandmother’s grave, that is me in every single picture! i was honestly very over weight and lost a great deal of fat and ended up looking like that, thank you for at least attempting to believe im not lying about the squat, ill post the vid as soon as i make it. i don’t necessarily have to be 145 i just want to get to a decent weight and body fat percentage, something better than what i am currently at.

so lift weights…?

This thread needs to be memorialized…“I swear on my great grandmother’s grave”? That’s awesome…I’m rollin!

I’m not 40 lbs overweight but 20 nonetheless, but I’m done arguing about the lift but do answer me this, what would you have to say to a powerlifter that squats 4x his body weight? you would call it total bullshit wouldn’t you?
SeanParent wrote:

good enough for me, thank you for at least giving me some advice!

No one is going to have any desire to spoon feed you with how you’ve chosen to respond to their posts. Start reading and looking up information for yourself. That’s probably the best piece of advice anyone could ever give you ironically enough…

Ditch the fake weights for real ones; you know, iron plates that actually weigh 45lbs a piece. Eat lots of steak. Figure out how tall you are (hint: it should say on your driver’s license).

alright well if anyone can tell me how to delete my post/profile, I’d appreciate it. I apologize for wasting everyone’s time, thanks anyway

This reminds me of the kid that photoshopped his face in the squat picture…anyone else getting that vibe??
thats actually my favorite thread ever. whenever i feel down on myself or my progress is slow, i look it up and realize things arent that bad.

listen buddy, im gunna bite.

you want help?

here:

a) look up professor X’s thread
b) look up cephalic carnage how do you train ( my favorite thread, aside from the one with the fake squat picture)
c) GET FUCKIN REAL. be honest with yourself, you will never make progress if you already think you are the best. come on, admit you bullshitted your stats. nobody cares what you lift. your physique tells the true story. nobody (very few people are exceptions) with a squat like that has legs like that.

heres the truth if you are ready to hear:

you dont know whether you want to powerlift or bodybuild. pick one. yes, we have some talented people on the board (h4m, im looking your way) that can do both. you are not one of them. pick a goal, stick with it. get back to us in 2 years because right now you look like shit. if i saw you on the street, i wouldnt even know you lifted. as far as supplements go, they arent worth shit if you train like a bitch. you dont need test boosters. you need a clue.

as far as theres boards are concerned, read more- post less.
