Wanting Opinions. 166lbs, 5'6-5'8

actionboy, ill make one, but in my defense i wasn’t actually pushing it up against anything. that’s my bed beside it, i was propping my arm up on it to get a shot of my leg, also notice the shorts i have on are power pants from inzer and are like the bottom half of a squat suit (if you know what one is, but i’m sure you do) i guess you’re partly right, i wasn’t really pushing “up on” anything BUT the power pants compress my legs, hips and torso so i guess technically they were “pushing” to make them seem bigger, but I’ll take another two, one with them on and not against the bed and one without them on and standing in the middle of the floor

big deal so what if I’m small, one of the greatest if not the greatest lifter in history Ed Coan was my height! I know I am chubby no reason to say I’m not (on my end) but i am working to lose it at the moment. I read what i wrote and you’re right i do, thanks for pointing that out.

you look like you’re at about 17% body fat. so if you wanted to be at 6% you’d be at about 140-145. besides that you’ve only been powerlifting for 6 months and lifting for about a year. you really expect anyone to believe that you can bench 100 lbs more than you weigh and squat well over 2.5 times your own body weight? and im giving you a 1 for your shitty physique


I’m gonna try to break things down so hopefully i don’t get as much flak for everything.

when i was in high school i lifted reguarly, i lifted up until 12th grade and was 196 lbs consistently, once out of high school i got very lazy and became obese, i was around 220 lbs until i decided to lose all that fat and get in shape. I started on my own doing cardio and eating healthy, then moved on to p90x and got in great shape. afterward i got a membership to a gym and started working out, but over time i developed dismal eating habits (not bad as before) and got to where i am today. i do have more than a year’s experience though, all i can say is that i may be small but i am very solid (minus what fat i have) which btw you are right, i want to get down to 145 actually. you won’t believe me when i talk about my lifts but I’ll do my best to get a video for everyone on here

Did you really just compare yourself to ed coan? hahaha no one is commenting on your height being small, they are talking about your overall body, small arms, small legs, and stuff like that

Ohhhh, sry that’s what i thought they meant. anytime anyone says anything about me being small it’s about my height but yes unfortunately they’re all right! i am working on getting in much better shape at the moment, I’m tired of some parts being small and others being big (if you catch my drift) i just want to get in shape, be defined again and then with the right nutrition gain some size so i look better and become stronger…btw if anyone has any supplements they recommend feel free to do so, im open to all suggestions

EPIC fail! lol yeah it was a change of mind, i def wanna look better! I wanna get ripped and stay as ripped as possible while still doing powerlifting, i actually just started taking creatine, do you know anything about test boosters? strongest, most potent, etc etc?

test boosters? for what? how old are you?

for strength gains. I’m 24, I’m not looking for test replacement or actual steroids, something more along the lines of natural test boosters or test boosters (if there is a difference, this is new territory for me so i have no idea) better yet, actionboy if you have any other supplements you’ve had experience with other than creatine and protein shakes I’d welcome the advice

think about it for a second, put two and two together and you’ll come to the correct conclusion that the person in ever single picture, including the one that is in great shape is the same exact person!
