No, I promise I’m not being modest. I’ll agree my legs look pretty ok, but it’s only because I lack much fat. My legs are very lean, which makes even the most modest amounts of muscle look good. I carry ALL my fat in my upper body. If I posted and upper half only and a lower half only people would swear on their neighbors favorite kitty they don’t belong to the same person lol. What’s sad is I don’t even care about legs. I mean I don’t want to be that guy who obviously never trains them, but I’d kill to swap genetics from my upper half to my lower half :joy:

You can’t see it but my whole leg is like a road map in these pictures, idk why they lost so much quality posting them here but they did. Upper body has no vascularity unless I’m pumped to the friggin gills then it’s very modest, like forearms and that’s about it lol

Judging by your legs and status as the proud owner of a 4-pack, it sounds more like you just have a strong case of body dismorphia tbh. How big are the pythons?

Laughed out loud at pythons. Fucking 16” twigs. Haven’t moved an ounce since I started working out. Nothing I do to them will make them grow. I’ve been 30 lbs heavier and they were still 16”. Sucks mane. Literally the one thing o want to grow refuses too

When you’re 6’ and have a big torso you just look funny as fuck with 16” arms. I look like one of those really fat people with a giant torso and tiny little arms. Fully clothed I do not look like I’ve been to a gym. Naked it’s like ok, he’s got a membership but idk if he uses it lol

I have stubborn biceps like a mofo dude. And my triceps grow unevenly, like in a very obvious way. I had to do (and still have to) very un-manly arm workouts. I have 17.5" arms at 223lbs and I struggle to curl a 80lb EZ curl. I still do Hammer curls with 35lb dumbbels but squat 405x5 and deadlift 495x5 :man_shrugging:t3::sweat_smile:

Luckily my triceps respond well, albeit lop-sided. But I’ve also come to the conclusion that most arm size comes from abusing your triceps with volume and weight.

I don’t even have triceps. I guarantee I’m just strengthening my tendons and my muscles don’t even work lol. What’s crazy is my arms are strong (within reason). You’d think they’d look it. I think last time I got curious how much I could ezcurl it was like 125lbs lol

You might be an abnormal responder… let’s go through the boxes real quick:

  • overhead Tricep movement with TUT?
  • Dips or heavy ass cable extensions?
  • Biceps curl (any variety) on Incline bench? Negative?
  • heavy cheat curl with negatives or iso hold?
  • direct brachialis work?

I didn’t start to understand my arms until I had ALL this nonsense in my routine, and my arms still feel like they’re lagging. Truth be told, there is never a size in which you will be satisfied with the development of your arms

I do over head cable extensions, weighted dips with 50lbs and so long and short head bicep work. My brachialis is fairly well developed so I don’t hammer them as hard but do sometimes.

How many times per week are you training arms?

Hitting biceps after trap work?

I do a PPL. I’ve tried adding an arm day as well. I’ve done daily work, high volume low volume high frequency low frequency heavy weight low rep light weight high rep. All kinds of stuff. Everything worse grows, arms laugh in defiance.

This sounds exactly how my arms were. I actually had a PPL + accessory day at one point, “accessory” meaning stubborn muscles… didn’t work. Just sticking the course with PPLx2 per week, in addition to ~20 sets per week for both bis and tris, seemed to do the trick.

I think it’s just a curse that us leg-dominant people have to suffer as punishment for calves that actually grow lol
