Also female companion got off work and asked to buy me dinner to which I obliged. (I made a deal with her that every so often she could ask to pay and I’d honor it, but had to be seldom lol, and yes, she demanded this)

And what’s crazy is there’s a bazillion people who’d give their left arm to have only had that bad a day. I’m complaining, but I do realize that I have it far too good. It’s just easy and feels good to complain lol

Na, it’s not really 220lbs when you do it single handed. It cuts the weight down but I’m not sure by how much. But I have 220lbs selected in the stack so I record that to track progress

Took my car to a garage yesterday to get the rear brakes changed and an oil change. Usually I do that stuff myself but I’m busy with work so figured I’d let someone else do it. I checked the oil level when I got my car back and it was way over the limit. I ended up draining almost a full litre to get into the dipstick range.
Should I give them a call and complain or just never go back?

Had to go to my sisters college graduation today which ate up so much time. I was able to rush a leg workout between the graduation and the dinner. I came back after and did cardio

Hitting chest and shoulders today but won’t log it as I’m going to my favorite females gym so, it’ll be a little different.

Drugs should be here anyday now. Should have already been here but what ever. Meal prep starts today. Fuck I forgot how expensive it is to gain weight and this is just the starting point, calories will definitely be going up.

All meat weight is cooked weight

Meal 1: 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup mixed berries, 1 scoop protein and some nut butterrrr

Meal 2: 200g chicken 1c rice 1/2avacado

Meal 3: 200g steak 200g sweet potato 1/2 avacado

Pre workout: protein shake 1 bagel

Meal 4: 6oz salmon 1 cup of rice & veggies

Snacks: almonds

I won’t track calories or macros but I will track food and live by the scale, so, if I’m not headed in the right direction I’ll add food n visa Vera.

Gonna keep this the same for a week or so while tracking weight and make small adjustments from there.

Training will consist of what I’m already doing plus adding an arm day. 4 days in the gym and 3 out of it. Gonna prioritize rest and recovery.

Long day. I knew ahead of time I was starting off with my calories low as to slowly build but fuuuuuuck. Starving all day lol

Slept like trash. Stayed at ole girls house and in the middle of the night I threw my pillow away and went and got my (clean) blue jeans and folded them up and used them as a pillow. Not sure how ducked up you have to be to have expensive pillows bother you and fire proof wranglers comfort you, but I’m there.

Drove to the gym and sat in the parking lot a while and decided to take a rest day lol. I am prioritizing rest days after all :joy: just feeling extra under recovered today.
