This is something I would do. We had a breakfast meeting while I was dieting and I show up at the restaurant with my giant lunch box and pull out my rolled up turkey, mustard, pickles and cheese cubes. I still get made fun of every time they see me with the lunch box.
At the end of the day though, i/m heading in the right direction and they all have big boilers out front.
Good work making the tough decision!!!

I get made fun of all the time for my eating habits lol. My meal prep meals are referred too as pickled dicks, not sure why lol I

Birthday was a success. I showed up to a party in one of the richest suburbs around in vans and a T shirt covered in tattoos carrying a 6 pack of Coors light tall boys. The party had fancy food and wine and Champaign :joy: little different party than the last one I’ve been to

Just made an order for test cyp and primo. Gonna check with my TRT doctor Monday and see if we can go ahead and get routine bloods out of the way then it’s off to the moon.

Gonna do a push pull legs arms split with 3 off days during the week. Cardio will stay for off days and will work on finding some type of conditioning to add as well.

Nervous, excited, all the things. Probably should cut for a month before blasting but YOLO

This is a lifters forum… we’re all “overweight”.

I’m beginning to feel our relationship is one sided. You frequently compliment my package/nipple ratio but you won’t allow me to return the favor :broken_heart:

Because I don’t look like I lift lol I was being serious when I said I shouldn’t be using drugs. I justify it with myself saying I’m already on medically needed TRT, might as well play. But if I came here and my first post was wanting to do a blast, everyone, including myself would say to wait :joy:

I guess my opinion on the matter is that it’s important to document progress. But that being said, I’m also biased on the subject because that’s what I’m doing

Oh I’m definitely gonna take before and probably bi weekly progress photos but I probably won’t post them. I’ll probably post an after who knows.

Plate loaded leg extensions

45 to failure right after the 70set

Single leg standing calf raises
3 sets (per leg) with a 65lb dumbbell

The bench I was stepping up on to had me a little deeper than parallel, these were so tough! Lots of little muscles working that never work.

The band tension on the RDL’s was tight! If I didn’t pay attention it would drag me backwards or make me fall/stumble. Booty gon like dese
