Totally forgot about today’s cardio. Took the kids on a 2 mile hike. 6 year old insisted on parkour’ing EVERYTHING on the way in. I tried to tell him we had to turn around at some point but he wouldn’t listen. Lessons were learned. Dude was wiped out.
Later we walked 20 minutes to the gas station for fun drinks and a C4 for the old man. Then more hide and seek tag.
Went on a first date last night. Went good Told another girl this morning I didn’t wish to continue talking/going on dates. That was sad. She just lives too far away and idk. I don’t regret it but I’m sad.
Going out Monday night with a woman who has competed 5 times!!! Loves to hike too. Im sooo looking forward to that date.
Shoulder day went amazing! Idk why but my joints feel like my estrogen is low… I drank craft beer last night so it should be the opposite but it hurt regardless.
