This reminds me about a guy on a garage gym I visited in the 90ties who never changed clothes. He kept working out and living his daily life, keeping his training outfit on an endless journey. Adding to this bizarre equation was the fact he took Halotestin prior to his lift. Yes, a workout for this guy was going to the gym and doing one 2-3 rep set of a basic excercise. Then he left.

Semi active rest day!
Had a brisk 20 minute walk then chugged a C4 and played hide and seek tag. Absolutely crushed their tiny little souls. Also crushed their souls in a couple games of chess.
Gonna destroy my back tomorrow and get in some more cardio. I kinda wanna lean up a touch and run a blast
but I’m enjoying the progress in the gym, even if it’s only a little. But all the cool kids are doing it.
