Lol sameeee. My strategy used to be to let them wear themselves out punching my face THEN it was my turn. Only one trip to the hospital with that strategy but it was a good one. Now I just try and run away lol

Having talked about “my Plazma brew” as a sort of extinguisher on exceptionally bad workouts in another thread.
It all started with me being biased against Plazma and asking about “Recovery gainers” (whatever that is) some months ago. I ended up wanting to try a periworkout solution. @RampantBadger shared some advice on Plazma alternatives. I ended up buying a stack of PeptoPro (hydrolized casein) and Cyclic dextrin for starters and putting them to proper use.
Since then, I seldom have a catastrophic workout, even though it may vary (and I never know how the daily performance will turn out). No matter how braindead I am, the muscles will have nutrients and respond to a greater extent.
Later, I have added a “pump” PWO to the mix with citrulline malate, vegetabilic glycerol among other ingredients (B-vitamins etc). Please note it does not contain caffeine (I drink too many cups a day being a swede). It provides a better, more lasting pump (surprise)!
This became a long post. Sorry for that. Do try a periworkout supplement, if you haven’t yet! Will make sure to keep following your log!
I’ve always wanted to try that plasma but it’s wildly expensive. I should probably go find that thread, I’m betting it had all the measurements in it.
