Well considering the people on here who do crazy things and have been lifting for many years I would say this is probably just as bad as any other lol. Just my thoughts though. I try not to get hung up on what everyone else is doing and just stay in my lane.

Welp. Hips are trashed. Worked out at home tonight and spent a lot of time warming up and doing active stretches and all the fancy shit trying to get it feeling right.

Fell over backwards with an empty bar :joy::crazy_face:

Just too painful for reps tonight. Went up to a 285 x 1 and called it. Zero progress made tonight but it’s ok. Tomorrow is arms and that’s always a hard day to fuck up lol. Gonna go for a walk now and convince myself I don’t need pizza.

Worked 26 hours straight Thursday-Friday. Then worked Friday from 7 till 8 this morning. So, I’m tired and this workout wasn’t anything earth shattering but I got in a got it done. I’m happy with it

Haha I’m being serious. I love my job. I have a blast. Sure, theere are days when or sucks soooo bad but I wouldn’t change it.

@throwawayfitness i was too tired to do any real back stuff so just got a pump basically. I’m sure it was useless and I’ll try again later but I did do some weighted pull ups neutral grip. 50lbs I could get 4-6. Got 95lbs for one lol

Been working a ton and not eating right and it shows in the mirror :joy: tonight is my last night and I’m finally ready to get back on the meal prep program and get back to normal.

Got about 4 hours of sleep today and hit the gym. Just did a super basic full body as I was crunched for time. Probably try to do another full body tomorrow then get back on track this weekend

Nice and simple, couldn’t have gone that poorly.
Now you have an in at least. That’s the hardest part with gym girls.
I’ve only ever pursued/dated one girl from the gym … ended up going on a few dates and then I had to change gyms haha
