Veyr recent one I saw by Schoenfeld and several others was 3 week dieting, 1 week at maintenance was better for long term adherence and fat loss than straight up dieting
Oh man, here we are reinventing the ABCDE diet
I did a little internet research on fasting since I’m giving that a shot and one common theme I saw was that steady long term calorie restriction caused more loss in muscle mass than the things like fasting and what you just mentioned.
Got off work around lunch and went to mugshots (most amazing burger place) and watched my girlfriend eat a sexy burger and sweet tea whilst I drank my lemon water
then went grocery shopping and now meal prep.

Low calorie, high protein, and essentially carb free
8oz (cooked weight) ground turkey per bowl, half a bag of the riced cauliflower, some raw green and red onion, and some ZERO calorie Taco Bell mild sauce! The Taco Bell packet has a few calories but I don’t use much. The pico has no calories and I’m using less than 6g of cheese, so no real calories there.

The calls were slow today and the weather was beautiful. Got off around lunch and figured I wouldn’t be back today. Had a killer leg day only to get called out as I was sitting down catching my breath lol. I’ll be here all night. Got dat der tuna and protein shake in the cooler. Currently watching my coworkers chow down on some food. Looks so delicious.

Got called out yesterday and worked till 5:30this morning, slept till 12. Today is my last day on call! Looking forward to real sleep and getting back in the gym normal.
My oreworkout I ordered for ever ago finally came in today so I couldn’t not go to the gym.
Just took it easy, 2 working sets on the back stuff, 4 on laterals, and just a couple hard sets on arms.
Band pull a parts and a set of pull ups, I start every day with band pull a parts and I start back days with a single set of pull ups lol

Stupid simple, just wanted to say I worked out without trashing my body.
Ate quite a few dark chocolate covered almonds today and felt like a fatty, so after post gym proton shake I went on a walk. That elevation is wrong AF! Not a single flat section and these hills were massive.
I wanted to interpret this as oreoworkout.
I never know if that’s supposed to show total climbing or just the total change.
For example:
Up 10’, down 5’, up 10’ - would that show as +15 or +20?
Dude I wish it was an Oreo. I used to eat a mega stuff family pack Atleast every couple weeks. Haven’t touched one in what feels like an eternity.
Yea the elevation thing raises a good point. Never thought of it like that.
Wow, 360 feet is quite a bit of elevation for 2.5 miles.
I believe it is just the total gain, ie. I start my run at the same place I end, but it still shows the accumulative gain.
