Well you look good lol. I have a big torso and am pretty wide though, maybe that’s why my weight to look ratio is way off.

Don’t fall victim to e-stats. A lean 180 at 6’0 looks slick. Yeah yeah, every Mr Wonderful is a ripped to the bone 220 at 6’0: the reality is that, when you actually start busting out scales and tapes, lots of 220lbers are actually 205 and 20" arms are 18".

One of the best things I did when dropping fat was NOT weigh myself. The mindf**k would have been too much. When I was finally at “holy f–k” lean, I stepped on the scale as a curiosity and saw a number that, had I seen it earlier, would have had me pull chalks and get out. You’ll look how you look no matter what the scale says.

I haven’t been following along, but I use a belt for belt squats. With a landmine setup it isn’t too expensive. I attach the belt to an ankle pulley attachment wrapped around the barbell and then stand on a couple blocks for elevation.

That’s a good idea. I have this mentality that anything under 180 and I’ll just want to give up. So maybe not stepping on the scale is the right call. I’m still using the scale daily now as I try and nail a deficit.

This is also a long game and I’m a new player, I need to get that into my head as well.

Spending my long weekend off by walking thousands of steps and eating and drinking tasty things lol. I’ve walked so much my traps actually hurt just from carrying around my swinging arms all day while walking :joy:

Got home tonight, came inside and changed shoes and hit the gym. Back and tri day

Pretty meh back day. Good day for arms though. I miss my fancy back machines at the commercial gym. So easy to hit lower lats with the equipment that’s there. Might look into some type of rowing machine for the house.

I agree with this. I actually struggled eating on my blast, I thought I’d be able to gain easily but it was quite the task. I didn’t give it the respect it deserved and I fell short. A good lesson learned though.

I’ll do the basic drugs, no hardcore stuff lol

Zero genetics. I have the opposite of everything you’d want in a body builder. So, here’s to figuring out food and drugs :clinking_glasses: lol

Quick leg day. Not much work but it still counts

Then some leg extensions. Time to grocery shop and meal prep. I’ve been starving all day today and embracing the suck. Shits about to get lean ‘round these parts

Got half a tits shoulders workout in. Completely zapped after work and kids were over and had home cooked dinner so called it early.

Diet has been good the last few days. Been staying zero carbs till dinner/pre workout. Hopefully I’ll start seeing that scale drop any day now

Well jokes on me. Complained about being tired and only doing half a workout and shortly after got called into work and worked till 7am lol. Slept till noon and now feel like a zombie. Undecided whether back day will happen

Yea it happens a good bit. Especially right now and into summer. Right now it’s pretty strong storms causing damage, soon it’ll be little 10 minute pop up summer storms that tear everything up. Good news is I need some damn money!! So that’s a plus.

I get that, I’ve been in that position in the past also, but it really messes up any chance at progression

Well the seal has been broken. I’m around 209 right now. Time to make some progress

Back day complete. Worked out at home and didn’t use a barbell. Did a lot of new stuff that really cooked my back.

High and low single cable rows
High and low wide grip rows
Regular pull downs
Pull ups
Some band work

Felt good mane.

Little post workout back pump action. With enough strategic lighting and angles, kinda looks like I lift.
