This is why I just fix my own stuff even though I am only semi competent. I have been able to fix everything, it just takes me longer. Your story got my blood boiling.

I think it is the type of situation that I can’t handle. Very little amount of control, with large amount of money on the line.

I am sure hoping that the VVT stays good on the speed 3. Those are notorious in regards to the VVT actuator. No chain slap, so I’ll probably just wait until something pops up.

Same. This started as a Ford recall/update and went from their lol. But it’s slowly starting to turn my favor. As of now, I have a brand new transmission, and I’m currently in a new expedition rental, waiting on them to put my free engine in. I haven’t asked for anything, they’ve offered it all. I did show my ass and make them feel 3” tall. Pointed out everything in person proving they are crooks, finally revealing my whole hand of evidence I had been gathering, and the conversation went from “I’m sorry you feel you’ve been screwed” to “oh my, we are so sorry. Let’s get you in a rental and get all this fixed and you happy, is there anything else we can do?”

Granted, it got to the point that I had a SOLID legal case, confirmed by an actual lawyer who was made aware of all details and evidence lol, so not like they were doing this out of the kindness of their heart.

Fingers crossed everything works out. I need my luck to change. It’s been a rough 4 months.

But what if I’ve gained zero muscle!? I’d have to be put in a mental ward. Just thinking I gained might be the better option

I have been a total ass on one of the occasions of dealing with mechanics (have actually only purchased tires in my 15 years of driving). Over the course of about a year, 3 tires went flat while driving. Not punctures. Just came off of the rim. I explained that this was either them selling me shit tires, or them installing them improperly (not prepping the rim adequately). They wouldn’t budge, so I basically said they are not taking responsibility for their shit work or shit products and I would never come back. Haven’t come back either.

I have been buying my tires from a guy named Paco lately. He is awesome. The last set I bought for my focus were $265 installed. Even better, is that he just started renting the building next to my work (we share a parking lot even). I can hand him the keys and he will rotate them. Nice to have my tire guy secured.

Great back bi and tri day

Switched up neutral grip cable rows to individual cable rows. The machine has two cable, so iso rows I guess? Got a lot better pump/contraction in the lower lats. Also kept the weight light at 190lb.
Found some Meadows half rep lat pull down things. Did a couple sets of those.

On the seated/chest supported iso row I took it up to 3 plates per side for the first time in a bit, felt good, did drops sets down to 110 then stayed there.

Great back day. Nice change of pace :joy:

Also didn’t take much at all to destroy my arms, did:

Body weight dips
Cable curls
Ezcurl skull crushers
Tricep push downs rope
Seated incline EZbar curls
Reverse grip ez bar curls
Cable curls 21’s
Straight bar push downs

Everything got 3 sets to failure. Left the gym with my arms stretching the sleeves of my shirt, now 20 minutes later, she gone. RIP pump :disappointed_relieved:

Now to meal prep. Got ground beef, chicken breast, steak, veggies, protein pasta, eggs, avacado, and some other stuff.

Idk WTF is wrong with me. Bulk gets dirty AF and when I decide to drop weight i start eating super clean

Finished a couple days worth of meal prep tonight.

8oz 93/7 publix ground beef with gravy packet
Italian Chickpea pasta (protein pasta) with maters
Half an avocado. No idea on macros or calories or if this is even healthy. Figured it’s better than eating out :tipping_hand_man: Gonna keep it simple at watch recovery and scale weight and adjust from there. Weekends will be no meal prep but still a heavy emphasis on getting in dem protons!

Double scoop Protein shake at 6

One box at 8ish, another at 11:30-12

Girl Scout cookies pre workout

Home cooked dinner

Protein shake before bed

Once the scale stops I’ll drop some of the carbs and/or switch up the proteins. Also bought chicken breast and 8 steaks.

Day… like 2 of diet

Stick to the schedule, but come 3pm we’ve got some down time… I’m bored. And hungry, so it means if I don’t eat I’ll die.

Call and order a healthy fruit bowl smoothie thing and head that way. On the drive over I tell myself it’s fine, today’s leg day. This is fine. Then i come to my senses that it’s stupid, I’m not hungry I’m bored. So I’m not gonna eat. Then I remember I’ve already ordered it.

It was so delicious

Get home, girlfriend is sick, she wants me to grill steak to put in Caesar salad. That’s cool… I’ll do it after a quick leg day.

So after laying in bed for an hour I made dinner.
I’m not gonna eat a lot because I don’t want to puke during leg day.

Fuck that salad and steak was so good. Better rest a little before working out.

As you can see leg day ain’t happening today :joy: not is diet :joy: but I’ll be well rested for my 5 am start tomorrow :weary:

Skipped leg day to fly to the beach and eat good food. Felt extra fancy :joy: food was great, no care was given to calories or protein. Felt good. Shall destroy legs tomorrow

Yea lol my buddy has a plane and called me up and asked if I wanted to go to the beach for the day. Flew down and ate at Cobalts (Perdido key Fl) and went and looked at big center console boats, that will be in my future for sure.

Omgosh I’ve gone full bro. Plan was to go to the gym, hit shoulders tits and biceps, get some more stuff moved into the house, lunch, then hit legs. Legs never happened :sob:. This is the smallest they’ve been lol I’ve got to do better

Shoulders went good. Such a painful pump that it actually interfered with my bicep workout lol

Have it my absolute all on dB OHP with the 80’s. Had a guy tell me to leave some gains for everyone else lol, kinda embarrassed me kinda made me feel cool.

Down about 7-8 pounds. Only place I’m seeing it is on my scale lol. Guess it was all water and here’s where the fun begins. Sitting around 212-213 in the mornings.

Probably had the best chest pump I’ve ever had today as well. Felt cool
