Yea both arms. Both not finished lol. Had to cancel my appointment last week because I was sick. 2021 they will be done though! I thought I wanted a big piece on my leg till I got a small one on my leg. Damn the pain was unreal lol

Also worth noting my right shoulder hates me. I pinned in my right delt, got bad pip, tried it again to see if it was now used to it. Same thing again so I’m just using ass right now. BUT, my right shoulder looks like it lost all its muscle. And it’s not only in my head, I’ve asked a few people and they all say it looks like I had an injury or something to my right. Even the top where the trap connects looks funky. Very sad :sob:. Idk what it is

Back from the mountains. Pretty good time. Highlights were hot tub sex and zip lining, both of which were new experiences lol

Also scheduled a chiropractor appointment for tomorrow and will probably also go get a deep tissue massage. Noticed in one of the big mirrors in the cabin that my shoulders, nipples, and hips are all uneven. I think that’s why my shoulder looks weird. Gonna try and get that straightened out.

Strength was down just a touch but not too bad. Weight is around 210-12 so didn’t do too much damage while out of town.

Yea for TRT I mainly do delts and ass cheek.

Went to the chiropractor this morning. First time I’ve been in over a year I think. I used to go almost twice weekly every week, it was so nice. He sound I was wound incredibly tight and needed a deep tissue massage badly. He popped more things than he ever has before. I’ve felt sick as hell ever since (all the gas release). He said expect to be sick as shit after the massage too.

Unfortunately they were all booked up till after Christmas. So that’ll have to wait.

He did give me some tips on back work and said everything in my back was over powering my rhomboids, as well as I had great mobility and control over my shoulder blade thingies, which is good. Going back again soon.

Had a great back and tricep workout today. Have kinda made a small breakthrough on rear delt isolation so hoping to reap the benifits of that.

Tried doing some zclose grip smith bench off pins. It hurt too much and lit up my chest no matter the position. Damn you triceps. I feel like I’m finally seeing a little bit of something on my biceps, but triceps are still a little tricky. I’ve started to super set some things and really push like I have been with my back and bi’s. Time will tell

Never seen that. My delts hate getting pinned too though. I have had them get red and swollen but never deflated. And definitely post injection pain for days.

Probably not. Nothing compares to that first cycle. High E2 shouldnt be a thing until later in the cycle so that week 2-6 you should have still felt like superman then had issues.

Got the kids this weekend. Normally I’d use this weekend as a break, but due to the holidays coming up and a couple forced breaks, I chose to workout at home today. First time in months I believe. Damn gym is a mess :joy: need to spend some time cleaning in here.

On the bright side, I can log a workout which I kinda miss, and wear flip flops. On the down side, no fancy machines or motivation or desire. Sad day.

First time doing these and they are amazing! Great pump and seems to agree with my anatomy. These are here to stay

Single arm cable flys
3 sets per arm. Amazing pump. Chest feels useless now

Seated DB laterals super set with reverse flys. Go to failure then switch, then rest and repeat.
4 sets each. Owwwyy

Band lateral raises and rear delt fly super set
3 sets with a pretty light band just going to failure

Band face pulls
One set to failure to finish off the little baby rear delts

Cable ezcurl bar curls
4 heavy sets to failure (10-12 reps)

Still looks different, which makes me wanna cry. I don’t think my body likes this carrier oil. I’m about to order some more. It’s been miserable so far. Been sick the whole time, everywhere I pin has the worst pip that lasts for days. Only plus side is no extra oily skin or acne. Came in hoping for super man and so far it’s been shit :joy:

It could be so I would recommend not ordering more. Try a different source. This sounds like bad gear to me. I had a place I ordered from like 4 times. First 2 no problems 2nd 2 I got bunk gear once (blood work confirmed) and really bad gear. Infections and PIP and the sickness that comes from that.

Oh I’m definitely going with a new source. This place had great reviews and stuff but I’m starting to think I got bunk gear. Even when I’d up my TRT dose or lower it I’d have changes I could always tell. The only thing I can tell is my anxiety is a touch higher, but my life is also extremely complicated and stressful right now so it could just be that causing the elevated anxiety.

Lol except for the fact that it felt like death :joy:. I used to do these multiple times a week, never felt great but never like this. I’m thinking me trying to jump back like I never took a long break was a mistake. Anytime I start something new or bring something back it always takes me a few workouts to get back in the swing, so I should have stayed under 200 with these. On the flip side, I only did these because I had limited options at home. At the real gym they have so many great machines that have such a natural ROM and really hit my pecs. I’ve actually seen a noticeable change in my titties since starting at this gym. Never did feel much from BB work for my chest.

I just swore off incline bench for the same shoulder reasons. Not sure if it is the unrack or what. Dumbells are still fine though.

I’d normally do those but I was being lazy. They are loadable and had small weight on them and was too lazy to change them :joy:
