My birthday is June 3rd and I’ve never been lean nor seen my abs so that’s my goal, to be lean and see my abs by June 3rd. After that I’m not sure what I’ll do but I do believe it’ll put in ina. Better place to gain vs starting where I’m at now

Press days are slowly but surly spiraling downward. Been slowly getting weaker and weaker which is absofuckinlutly laughable. Guess it’s what I deserve.

You are strong as hell dude. Idk if I’d ever be able to catch up. It also really killed my lower back and messed with my shoulder. It seems everything hurts me now days, trying to find things that will make me grow and not be painful, thought the OHP machine would be it but it’s bothering me too now lol

Had a quick lil dinner date that ran a little later than I thought So I had to cut the gym short as I’ve gotta be at work earlier than normal. Intensity was good, rest times may have been a bit shorter than normal.
Kept my arms kinda crossed walking around because now I feel like I walk like invisible mat syndrome guy when I have a pump :joy:

Between a date night and the tornado/storms we got I’ve been pretty wide open. No gym, no propper food, just trying to survive but we back now!!!

Honestly, no. I’m quick to justify something because “well I am working long hours and it’s only 1 or 2 days” :joy:. I could have done better.

I’m still not super stressed about it, it’s not preferred obviously, but it won’t matter much in the grand scheme of things.

Brooooooo day!

Did a quick 5 mile hike up a small mountain to a cool overlook this afternoon. Then came home and had a quick arm day. Same arm day as the last at home arm day. Didn’t log it as I’m in a hurry, got a segsy woman cooking me a homemade dinner tonight!!! Super stoked about that.

Pretty decent back day. It was supposed to be a push day but I didn’t take a day of rest after arms because… well I didn’t want to lol

Didn’t do the last set of curls because my tendons told me I was ugly
Also went up in weight on the first 3 things. Felt good mane.

What a freaking workout. Took me about 40 minutes of coaxing myself to leave the house and hit the gym.
Pulling into the gym, got two people texting me, one of which I wasn’t thrilled to hear from, mind all over the place. Taking my pill form preworkout I wash the second one down with my spitter!!! I about died.

Spent most of the workout trying not to throw up and eventually threw in the towel and left

That is the most vile shit in the world. I did it to myself when I was still using tobacco a few times but also borrowed my brothers car once. Smoked a cig, needed a drink so just grabbed what he had in the car. Thought about ending it lol

First time for me. I’m usually really anal about it and have a system and only use a certain cup holder in my truck. Just had way too many things going on. Spit it out, threw a cap on the bottle and threw it in the floor, grabbed a drink, hit the mouthwash, then ate some cookies and tried to think about ANYTHING other than what just happened.

I’m disorganized as hell, it only stopped happening to me because I stopped doing it. Always ended in cursing and immediate attempts at finding something that didn’t taste like death.
