The weights listed on the cable stuff aren’t exactly the weight moved but idk what it is. I did 1 rep on a standard ezcurl barbell at 105lbs, and it was heavier. Guessing the 116 cable curls is closer to 80-85lbs

Haven’t bench pressed in welllll over a year and idk if I’ve ever done close grip. Didn’t get too terribly close to failure (until last set lol) as I’ll be damned if I roll of shame shirtless with this cold ass barbell :joy::joy: shoulders seem to be holding up “ok”. Left elbow is actually more aggravated than left shoulder, but I went kinda hard on the push downs so maybe that’s why.

So this was a mistake lol did two back to back injections in my tits and idk if it went subQ or what but I’ve had the worst oily skin and acne ever since this. Also had the strangest orgasm of my life last night that sucked so bad.
