2x3 tempo squat @8

2x3 tempo bench @8

None of the @9 sets were @9, so thats good, more like a 8 to 8.5, the numbers were good too.

trainings going well. we are sitting in that sweet spot rn.
Nothing is to heavy, nor is stuff to light

We are buildin’ something thicc. Got an amrap in 2 weeks, and than its onto the biggest competition (competitor entry wise) of the year here. 34 lifters in my weightclass, which is pretty huge for here. Fucking excited! Gonna be a blast off a meet. thats for damn sure.

Underperformed, bad attempt selection on squats led me to fail.

Attempt selection on deads shoudlve been the move for squats too, or something off the same vain. I made the mistake, squats have been going bad in competition for some time now, i think this had to happen to accept i gotta change my approach on competition day.
Onto junior nationals 2022, first a nice long volume filled offseason.

Did a block of juggernaut, Little short but i did feel i got way stronger. Heeps of volume.

Got a new coach, been with him 2 weeks now. Already making solid progress.
2 more weeks till end of block this gun be fun!

got 1st place at jr nationals again, also qualified for jr worlds and jr europeans.

245 squat
Underperformed again, had way more in the tank, just gotta be harsher on myself with depth.

150 bench
Big 15kg comp pr, really happy with this one.

275kg deadlift
12,5kg pr, and a pull for the win+worlds spot.

670 total, with a bit more in the tank. Lets go to worlds!

Prep for worlds went eh. My shoulder got injured 6ish weeks out, which led to me not being able to properly progress my bench for a big period… Ive only been able to progress my bench since 3 weeks properly again i would say. Squats and deads went shit, due to me not having confidence in squats, due to some bad training sessions in the last 4 weeks.

In the euro prep im using what i learned mistake wise from the worlds prep. 6 weeks out, really excited, i wanna make this my best competition to date. putting in the work to do so.
